Bill's Pizza & Pub North

Our waitress was such a hoot- very funny and attentive. We enjoyed Bills' special double decker which was amazing. Add the specialty drink, and the experience was perfect! I will definitely go back soon.

This is a rustic woodsy atmosphere. Peanut shells are all over the floor. Probably not a great choice for those with peanut allergies. We order the wings they are meaty and flavorful without any sauce. We also had the Double Decker pizza. This is one of our favorites.

5+5+5⭐ + An extra 5⭐ rating for all of the ambience and original decorum which is not inexpensive. You could say it might be a little redundant with atmosphere, but, the ambience was very tangible. I absolutely have no negative issues with Bill's Pizza and Pub North! The service was fantastic, we went early and were just about done before the crowds started to come in. Our server was fantastic. I wish I would have gotten her name. Anyway, a 30% tip was actually cheap. Everything was pretty simple, I got the Bill's specialty Pizza large thin crust. My wife had gotten the Greek salad, and the cheese stuffed shrimp. My wife was drinking some cherry ginger ale, I just had Mr pibb. The food was well made and was extremely flavorful. I couldn't bring myself to throw the peanut shells on the floor, so we piled them up into one of our extra appetizer plates. This facility was extremely clean. And, I might add the bathrooms were spotless, The layout was nice, and remember, clean bathrooms mean clean kitchens. I won't eat in a facility that has dirty bathrooms, that's why I check before we walk all the way in. All in all, I have to rate them way way up there! Do yourself a favor and stop on in. This restaurant has been great for at least 30 years. The original location in Mundelein and this one are local favorites, with solid Chicago Pizza and good beer. The service is straightforward and friendly. TVs are on with local sports, but not overbearing. It's a place where you can eat alone or with a large family. Plenty of parking at both locations. This is a great restaurant to add to your local favorites.
